QLED is stronger for video over text? Are 4K TV screens still discouraged over using proper PC monitors, even with the bang for buck on the TV displays?

Generally the slow refresh rate is a killer 60hz, vs say 165hz on a PC monitor (or more).

Please share the link if its on special at Game. AFAK Game doesn't keep this model so possibly you might be confusing the models.

That depends on what you watch. It can most definitely affect the viewing quality of anything. Higher hz panels normally have better processing ability and color gamut, due to the higher quality panel and whats required to drive it.

Easy way to notice refresh rate and quality of a panel is to watch a sports game pan over a rugby/soccer/cricket field. Kak panels will immediately fall on their face by going blurry/choppy. And with 1 colour displayed (like all green, all white, all black), the backlights tend to show too.
