You are right. The one R9 280x runs full blast, and the other one just hovers along at 60-70% utilisation. Issue is, I need more FPS

I think some are local stock and some are EU stock. So for example, the Google devices that don't come into SA would obviously be "grey" imports.

Google devices are not 'grey' imports, they are just imports. 'Grey imports' implies there is an official distributor in SA and Orange are not getting their stock via them. This is not the case with the Google devices.

Nonsense. I dunno where you get the idea that grey imports automatically means customs and duties have been bypassed. Whilst that is often the case because of the distributors involved, its not necessarily the case.

I didn't say that customs and duties are bypassed with parallel imports. Grey imports by definition are imports where customs and duties are bypassed. Those are the correct definitions.
