Hi Guys

So I have my PC in the lounge connect to my TV in the bedroom (Lounge TV is back to back with the bedroom TV).
Both have separate cables run neatly.

The bedroom TV cable is about a 10 metre run. I've been intermittently loosing audio every couple of seconds. Playing around with the cable shortens or lengthens the gap of audio loss. I've traced it to the HDMI cable on the computer side thats a bit mashed here and there. Its a 15 metre cable so I have some excess on the computer side thats putting weight on the head on that end.

Any solutions?

Thinking of a cat5/6 hdmi cable extender as a solution?

Or just buy a shorter cable -.-

I frequently plug and unplug the hdmi cable as well.

Gonna get a Display Port to HDMI adaptor. (HD7950 1 x HDMI 2 x DP)

Got one of these to control the PC: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/422543055/hot_wireless_keyboard_and_mouse_in.html

Thanks :)

well if you are sure its the cable, rather just buy a new one, why complicate it with a cat5/6 cable extender?, those things are bloody expensive!!
