You think that's bad? Look at this other complaint about CAR SERVICE CITY:

I booked my car at Car service city in Wadeville to replace a clutch slave brake fluid tube and was quoted R2850 for the tube ex. labor. I was under the impression that this will be to replace the whole pipe from the cylinders and they told me that they bought it from Ford for R2850. I then went to Ford to get a quote for tube and only to find out that it's R572.85 incl vat. When I called Bheki to tell him that I got a quote from Ford for R572.85 and how come they charge me R2200 difference and Bheki told me that he won't listen to my **** story, I have to pay a full cost of over R3200 for my car to be released. I am being over charged and not even happy with how they fixed my car. The pipe doesn't even look new and it was attached with a clue which I believe is Q-Bond.I went back on Saturday to show him the price that I got directly from Ford and told him that if he doesn't want to come to a reasonable agreement he better take off his pipe and release my car then he told me that he will charge me over R800 ex vat for labor and that I am wasting his time, then walked away. He didn't even want to show me the invoice that he got from Ford.

Why did you have to edit the contents. If all were factual and it was me I would have ONLY removed or edit it when they resolved ALL my issues. I would like them to take me to court for telling the truth. Why do they not take Helopeter complaints to court?

I think it's easiest for the OP to co-operate with Car Service City Centurion until his car is sorted. Makes sense anyway. Of course Car Service City Centurion asking him to remove their name from the thread has merely served to highlight the issue, so I'd call that a backfire. I wonder how Car Service City Centurion would go about repairing a backfire?

You could probably buy those from Car Service City Centurion, but given the grief the OP has undergone, you might reconsider.
