Someone take screenshots of this thread so we can upload it to a blog if the lawyers get trigger happy.

I guess the lawyers for Car Service City Centurion are noob lawyers btw. They dont understand the Streisand effect.
 
Oh well too bad for Car Service City and in particular their Centurion branch... Guess no-one with google will be taking their cars there now, next thing you're without a car, a few thousand in debt and you have legal threats against you...

Lol. Their claim of complaints at 2% of every car serviced reminds me of that saying like "For every 1 customer that complains there's 99 that don't".

So in the case of Car Service City for every 100 cars they service there are 200 complaints...
 
From one of the HellPeter complaint comments :

Car Service City is a disgrace, they damaged my vehicle in January, went in for a routine service. Turned out they employ unqualified mechanics, the guy put the cambelt on incorrectly, had to have the entire head redone. Then they damaged the one ignition finger, replaced that one. Then refused to replace them all when the rest wouldn't function properly. (you have to replace them as a set) When I received my car back, the ignition finger they replaced wasn't bolted in, it was loose. Nuts & screws left laying on the inside of my engine. They didn't even bolt down tightly the battery.

Their service is unbelivably disgusting. It is no wonder they advertise "so cheap" because they cannot afford to pay decent qualified mechanics.

I may be unqualified to work on a car, but when it comes to camshaft belts etc, I refer to a Owners Workshop Manual. Never had any problems so far.

I wonder if everyone were to google Car Service City Centurion, would that shift the search term higher up the autocomplete list? I suppose that would also increase the chances that potential customers of Car Service City Centurion would see this thread.

Not that I'm actually suggesting that everyone should do this, of course - just thinking out loud really.
 
Typical of a company..

Lets threaten with legal stuff rather than actually sorting out the client properly.

Why did you have to edit the contents. If all were factual and it was me I would have ONLY removed or edit it when they resolved ALL my issues. I would like them to take me to court for telling the truth. Why do they not take Helopeter complaints to court?

PS: I forgot #CARSERVICECITYCENTURION
