old japanese cars are more preferable than old european cars.
for under R80k, not too many you can choose except for old cars. :p

I don't trust korean cars personally, however if you can't get one you want, may be that is your last resort.
but don't buy any old european (eg bmw) / usa (eg ford) cars if you don't want a huge bill from your repairer. :)

Toyota yaris I can confirm is a good reliable car :thumbsup:My sister had a 1L (Her first new car probably around 2008/2009?) though back in the day and still in service doing drive testing for our teams at work.

Honda civic 2012 1.6 lxi auto. R59k

It got some electrical faults and a few things loose but the engine seems to be good. About 35k on the clock.

It was a stunt car so it has a few odd problems. Boot and petrol cable is cut, a few panels loose, etc

Parts a slightly expensive and not widely available but overall I'm happy with the car

That sounds like a deal and it’s auto. At that price you should be able to fix it and still have a nice car for a good price. Was it a stunt car used in a movie or advert?

Yeah I was looking for a while before I found it. **** people are selling cars on bricks for more than what I paid:ROFL:

The guy said a movie but I didn't ask for more information
