dude, what are the main things you are looking for in a phone? For me, the diamond is so far ahead of the iphone, it's just no comparison. On the other hand, you might be the kinda guy who always carries an ipod around, and have a need to watch movies on the go pretty often. You might also prefer web browsing on the Iphone's larger screen. Different strokes for different folks.
What is it that you really want to use this phone for?
