Do they supply you with a /29? Did you ask Afrihost if they could do the same?
Yes, they only provided me with the information below. Have you managed to set up and start using the /29 IPs?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone got a telkom/openserve static ip address to work. i recently got an ip address and all they gave me was an ip address, ppoe usename and password and the attached document. They installed a Huawei EchoLife HG8145V5 GPON with only one port enabled which gives out a private ip address. im planning on using a miktotik router.

Hi the IP address should be issued to you dynamically but it will be a fixed IP, I see a public IP listed there?

I get a private ip from the ONT/Router (192.168.100.xxx)
Yes so usually the public IP/Block is "routable" via your endpont, so this would be easier to test with a Mikrotik but you need to try and assign another IP to your router from the block they provided.
