My wife order a RAIN sim a couple of weeks back from Takealot but has not been able to RICA the sim as it states the proof of address and registered address are not the same. One cannot change the registered address on RAIN's dashboard. We have sent numerous emails to support and none have resolved the issue.
We have already been billed for the service but can't use it 2 weeks later!
