Hi guys

JUst found this site and what agreat resource! Can some kind soul also please forward me the info needed to improve my torrent doanload speeds? MIne have gone down to below 5k per torrenbt but I am upping at and average of 20 on HomeDSL 384 from Telkom
 
I also have the same problem, my ports are forwarded to my IP, but getting very slow speeds. I have a Microcom Deskporte 400 Router on 512kb Line.
Please send me the info as well pls Manson.

doesn't the torrent speed depend on the number of peers for a particular file
 
haha i just read this whole thread thinking someone would have pasted this uber PM. seeing how noone has, can i also please get it? cheers.
 
Could someone please send me these settings? I have given up on torrents because of this problem.:mad: Tried portforward etc. with no luck. Thanks in advance.

P2P speeds and ADSL in general can be pretty pathetic at the start and end of the month - so I wouldn't get too concerned right now. During the month I haven't had any problems.

Please send me this PM aswell. Here is my advice, set your router to bridge mode and find a good torrent with a good number of seeders and dont limit you uploads to much thats what I do and i normaly get 25k-38k on my DSL384 line
