So are these people EFF and thus grabbing the land on behalf of the state or are they ANC and the government is giving each of them a title deed?

Hermanus CPF update 26/03/18 at 17h00 : the situation remains unpredictable. The protesters are having a meeting at Zwelihle taxi rank, we will give feedback as we receive news. On behalf of SAPS and Law Enforcement a big thank you to the community for all the refreshments we have received in the JOC and out in the field. We appeal to the community not to take food directly to sandbaai hall but rather to drop off at fire brigade/station in mussel road... (not enough people to handle grab and eat should it happen).
It would be better to have a controlled distribution. Thank you Hermanus for your generous and open hearts.
 
Hermanus CPF update 26/03/18 at 6pm : The Human Rights Commissioner Chris Nissen has negotiated with some of the protest leaders to meet with the Mayor and Brig Heilbron and some of the Councillors to facilitate a process to bring stability and peace back into the town. This will pave the way for tomorrow’s scheduled meeting with the MEC for Human Settlement. The outcome of the meeting will be communicated.
 
Beach Club complex, Hermanus.
On a rough count, more than 20 flats have been damaged, a vehcile burned and carpot distroyefd.
The perimeter wall has been severly damaged.

Been saying this for the last two years. BUT I i get told to put my tinfoil hat on by certain people on this very forum.
