HIGHER ADSL SPEEDS - GETTING IT?

So last week I get a new line as we moved places and decided to upgrade to 4mbps turns out Im supported for 10mbps and my lines happily syncing at 10012/1023 and running at around 8mbps till this afternoon now i get 1mbps if im lucky but the sync is the same.

Does anyone know what the new address is to check if your exchange has been upgraded? The one i have no longer works:

im the man if you have probable ill test your line with my mttr tester......... and drop your speed to the right speed ,,,,,,,,,,remember S33p it is all about distant`s 10meg only works +- 1k from exchanch after that its a mirical lol .................. true
