Yeah for me the bottom of the screen has backlight bleed (only visible when lights are off in the room), so I guess I should count myself lucky that is the only problem I see.the main issue i had was with screen uniformity and vignetting.
hoping it is better with the newer ones.
it wasn't just mine , i noticed it on shop displays at various store too.
if you like a bright screen you wont notice too much, i however use a much lower backlight setting than most.
But I just don't see that changing given that the panel appears to be the same. And the panel is what really costs the most money (other than shipping and packing this thing which believe me is a cost in itself). So in mind, we can expect more of the same. Either that or you need to move up in the price range I think.
