The order has moved to Frogfoot to install and activate at the premise. Once activated HC will send the router..
 
These okes just debited me 7 times my usual amount..............so bad.
 
Been with them for 2 weeks now - I'm happy.

Let's see if this changes in time. I'm sure it will - embrace the inevitable I guess.

Frogfoot on the Home-Connect 100/10 Package
I've been doing speed tests for the past few days - constantly around the 94Mb/s mark.

Admittedly I've seen dips every now and then but nothing too major.....yet.

As a realist - I fully expect the service to go to shite eventually - when it does I guess moving on to the next best thing would be the order of the day by then

How long from Home Connect sign up did it take frogfoot and home connect to get you up and running.

Hows the 10mbps upload working out?
 
However, the MD has been fantastic, she's already sorted it out so well done to them. Cant complain if they react this fast. Was a legit mistake so kudo's to them for resolving so quickly.

My nephew cancelled with Home connect and the idiots cancelled the line in the process. When he asked them about it, they said that they are unable to help him! Sounds like sour grapes to me. Hhe contacted Coll Ideas who had him up and running withing 90 minutes. I hope he has a better experience with CI as I have had.

Maybe he was in the free installation period when cancelled ?
