Homemade Pizza

Is it one of these? Bit of an investment.

That’s the mobile one.

He’s got the Arc which is a bit bigger and not so portable, but more or less the same concept.

Mine takes around 15-20min to get to 450 oven temp, but probably double that for the floor temp to catch up.
And it looks like it uses LPG, right? Surprised it's not quicker.

Or is that an electrical element? Confusing pic.

Yup it’s all gas.

It’s pretty fast, stone saturation will always take quite some time regardless of the oven.

Which is why I tend to cook other stuff so long or make the pizza sauce in the oven whole it heats up.

Damn, forgot to take pictures of anything I did last night.

Found a new winner pizza in smoke chicken with rocket and sweet chilli sauce added after. I planned to put feta on there but forgot.

Also biltong + balsamic glaze with rocket is also very nice, just need to replace the feta I used with the less salty danish type stuff.
Yeah, one of the crowd favourites when I make is sweet chilli chicken.

My mother prefers a pizza bianca so I figured I might try flammkuchen. Are you substituting pizza dough for the unleavened dough most recipes call for?
 
Freezer dough and it didn't rise to the occasion.

Pepperoni, bacon, shredded mexican chicken from quesadilla night, pickled onions, olives, and peppadews with parmesan.
