I've got 5 minis. They're working fine, not from ZA but no issues so far. Keen to see how the HomePod 2 is going to be.
Only thing I'm missing is setting them as more than a stereo pair. I want to link up five of them!

@Hamster if you ask Siri to play something on the stereo pair, that’s what you’ll get… if you ask her to play something on the stereo pair *and* other rooms the playback synchronises across all the rooms you include in the ask.
But that's not the same as getting 5 channel output. That's just playing the same thing over 5 speakers.
