Horrible internet experience lately

Yup in the same boat as you guys 2meg adsl line with telkom, since last sunday these are my pings during the days till 23:00.
Usually its 20-40ms ping.

I had this issue last year from july till november everyday fighting with telkom. Hopefully this time the issue wont be that long otherwise ill be pissed.

So - does any one have half an idea why the internet has gone to hell. Cannot log into Guild Wars 2, YouTube, ShowMax, or DSTV Now - browsing is atrocious - F'ing Hell.

Anyone else still having a problem? From around 7 to 11PM i have 10% loss and 120ms. I have 5 friends that are having the same problem? All in other neighborhoods.

Yup, I've noticed that my ping on Telkom fibre in CSGO has gone from like 10ms to 100ms ... it's ever since Telkom had that big fibre outage in Gauteng, it's never quite been the same.

Experiencing the same issues.
Which area are you in.
 
Im in Mount Pleasant and same issue, from 8pm page loads take forever and streaming is terrible, first thought it was an exchange problem ,but this looks like its much bigger than that. maybe all the tannies have nothing better to do than facebook from after 7 de laan until bed time
 
Everyone still having issues? Don't know if it has been fixed yet, but i had 250+ ping to most local servers(Dota2/CSGO) on Sunday, and around 1000ms to international servers (BattleNet). WA Business Acc... does anyone know what is going on at Webafrica nowadays? I have been a client there for the last 7 years, and only the last couple of months things started going to crap.. :/

have you tested again today? do you still get the same latency on WA?

Running fairly stable the last day or two, tho speeds are still not 100% ... , so been better, not right yet, but, yeah, this is Africa, Telkom, etc. ....
