Between Blue up to medium rare depending on the cut and how I'm feeling. At restaurants I usually order a sirloin or rump medium rare these days.

Depends. Spur? Med rare. Decent steak? Leave it alone, just a smidge more than bleu.

I haven't set foot in a spur in over 15 years on my own accord, invited and some one else paying sure maybe 7 years ago. You will never catch me dead in spur.......their steak quality are beyond c grade, they have probably been slaughtering cattle that are on their last legs only suited for pet food if you ask me.

Same applies to wimpy and steers even nandos even their quality and portions have gone to shyte. There are very few places that offer a proper steak these days none of them are franchised and most of them die just as quickly as they popped up as they can't compete with franchised stores. Sad affair really :(

My youngest is nearly past the Spur age so I don't really anticipate any more visits. Keep your oily-ass crumbed mushrooms chumps.

Yeah, what the **** is wrong with people? All these franchise places even cost more than a proper place, so it can't be a cost thing? Are people just retarded?
