How is cool ideas overall?

Hi PBCool,

I signed up with you guys on your Mitsol offerings, and I got my fibre installed by Link Africa a couple days ago (I'm in Umdloti,Durban). Any idea when the actual fibre is going live?

They also seem to have just terminated the fibre in a box which would need a fibre patch cable connected to something else (router, media converter?). I always presumed there would be an ethernet port there which i would just connect up to my router?

Yes so Link Africa does the fibre work, and Mitsol does the Layer2, which will a be a CPE that will give you the ethernet port. As far as a timeline just drop us a mail for an update and we will request from Mistol.
