With global heating and it being 40 degrees out it doesn't matter if you bath/shower twice a day. You'll sweat the night away anyway.Since we are on this topic, how do those who wash only once a day in the morning make it into your filthy, sweaty bedsheets at night..???
Taking a dip in the Ganges doesn't count....Once a day but for the last few days in this heatwave twice a day
That is definitely a thing going by what I have read in articles about this subject in the past, I can’t not shower before heading to bed because that unwashed sticky feeling is so uncomfortable.Since we are on this topic, how do those who wash only once a day in the morning make it into your filthy, sweaty bedsheets at night..???
It's not the same thing and you know it.You'll sweat the night away anyway.
Other - it can be 3 times a day if there is tennis & swimming on same day - only on weekends though. Otherwise, at least twice a day as I do workouts in the evening.
