to answer OP question i shower twice a day ...

Midrand has no sports club and no sports culture either and possibly due to lack of clubs. Midrand seems to be built for potholes only. Rivonia club is about the closest we have or maybe german country club but it takes about 45 minutes to reach any of these 2 due to all robots being down due to LS.

We might move to Centurion as they are lucky to have plenty of clubs.

No chance of league in near future. I was half decent in playing amateur squash between friends but tennis is totally a different ballgame.

@UB40 changes it once a year on his birthday, no he doesnt pomp he just likes to sleep in clean sheets once a year

From what I have seen People who shower once a day only shower at night before bed, in the morning they dont shower, they just wash their face and put some clothes on.

sheets change done every fortnight. I shower before going to bed as I exercise late in the evening these days so it is twice a day shower for me. At least twice a day then.
