The one incentive that could be given is just basic respect. Which also makes me doubt those who think they are informed- Are you stupid enough not to realize what the issue really is. Malema is beating you at the polls and your only reaction is to insult people you should be trying to win over. Calling them uneducated, stupid, un-informed, a danger to democrary etc.
If you think you are better than someone, you challenge him and beat him. If you don't, then you are admitting defeat. If you know how to best run the country, you step up to the plate. Don't sit in a corner and complain. Go out there and win some votes. Elections are won by votes and votes are not won by alienating the electorate, insulting them at every corner. And if you think that is too much work, then get it into your head that Malema is better than you.
In a democracy, it is the will of the majority that prevails. Anyone who sneers at the majority will remain on the outside. It doesn't matter whether the policies are the best, whether the members are educated or the party is slick - It will remain the bridesmaid. And everyone who fails to see this is dumber than the ANC supporters.
