Yeah, my iPhone 3G feels like a toy phone now.

It's actually terrible coming from iPhone valley, cos you've got so much choice with Android, almost too much. :)

You can customize anything and everything, move stuff around, change stuff, remove stuff....and a lot more. With the Jobsidian phone you could only change the background wallpaper. Wow. :rolleyes:

So true... when I open apps on the iPhone I keep on looking for the menu button ... but alas, most apps have little to no settings!

its over R350 deliv is free :}
 
Hey guys, Just a quick question for all the MTN guys that orderd online. Did you guys receive a phone call just before they delivered at all? Wanna go shopping but to scared to leave the house incase they delivere today! Help is appreciated thanks.

I just asked the guy from retentions to tell the courier to give me a call before he arrives - worked like a charm.

Does anyone maybe know where I can download games for the dhd.

Not really looking for android market games. Looking for something that will really test the capabilities of the phone (something like assassins creed?)

you'll have to wait a bit for that, they going to have to port over or develop some of the big titles but i wouldnt get your hopes
up to high for those anytime soon, all game dev efforts going into consoles and as far as i've seen no major games on
any high end cell phones so far

there are loads of high end games for high end smartphones


the release titles which came with WP7? this? there are many, but im not sure about android tho.

that is impressive but thats for iphone havent seen anything for android yet :{ thats why i said we'll have to wait abit for the cool stuff

Chose the loudest ring-tone from the default list and set the Ringer volume to max. But the "preview" of the ring-tone was not very loud. Nearly got a heart attack when I received a call the next day. Lesson learned: Ring-tone "preview" volume not the same as actual ringer volume.

The headphone volume are also adequate after using the sponges on the head phones and actually trying out listening to some of my own MP3s as opposed to the Demo MP3s that came with the device.

... I'm using DoubleTwist to listen to music. :love: (not sure if it contributed to the higher volume)

Thanks Kingrob. Wait was for nothing though. Phoned retentions to find out what was happening and they said my phone was sorted on the 7th and it takes 5 to 7 days for delivery so why the tool I dealt with told me the handset will be delivered by Thursday, Friday this week in the e-mail he sent me I do not know! Waited the whole day with leaving the house nothing!!!!!! You still enjoying your beast?
