Huawei EMUI 10 / Android 10 local release.

Checked again this morning on my P20 Pro on MTN ... EMUI 10.0 available!
 
It is send out in stages. It would reach your phone soon.
 
Just got a notification on my p20 pro that said new system settings have been downloaded and I had to restart, does anyone know what this is?

Was working fantastic, nice interface, and felt smoother transitions.

Didnt get much time to play around with it, as picked up my P40 pro ,

Nice. How's life without Google?
Or are/will you be sideloading?
You don't by any chance use Android Auto in your car?

Working fantastic
Got Amazon store running for apps I couldn't find on the Huawei store, I did download one or two from apkpure.

Gmail I got running perfect via another email application with notifications.
Maps working great
Pretty much everything I had on my mate 10 I have on here.
Using Firefox for browser

So all in all very pleased with how the transition was.

Android auto? Ehh never heard of it.
Will have a looksie about that now now
 
Damn, I forgot EMUI10 runs without google apps,, I don't think I'm eager to update to the new software.

No. Phones that already have gms will retain it. At least, that is the way I understand it.
