I am gonna get it on Sunday, from cell c, don't think i am gonna wait unless Vodacom have a really great price for it (and they usually don't...).

Thanks for the update. This is really exciting news. I'm due for an upgrade and my HTC desire HD is still going strong but I feel it's time for a change. Not really interested in the S4 as its very big and bulky and am long past the bling stage that the other phones offer.
 
Ordered it for my wife so should arrive in the next day or so. Will give some feedback after some play time
 
Ok ... so after seeing the future deals being released on the 8th I think I am 99% sure I am gonna take the P6 on my upgrade. Been holding and feeling the dummy again for the last 3 hours and I definately love the form factor of it. Black or white ... that is the question now though.

Timing couldn't be any better. I'm also due for my upgrade as of this month and before the release of the P6, I wasn't really interested in any other phone. My son is a bit jealous though as he has the P1 which we got him for his birthday last year when Edgars was running that special.
And you're right, it is difficult having to choose between the black and the white phones.

anytime 200 = R289

But it looks like one block to me, like a S4 or any sony, but cheaper in prize.

Hi Ockie, not to derail this thread but may I ask. I'm also quite keen on the p6 and am currently on the Topup 315. I am quite happy to stay on this contract as it works for me. Problem is I don't see this contract on the Vodacom website, only the Topup 315s. Can you possibly confirm if the Topup 315 is still available. Thanks in advance.

Today is the last day i can cancel my cell c upgrade, not sure if i should.

But is there stock available? I went to a vodacom store and apparently non of the stores have received stock yet.

I dont think the stock have arrived yet.

I ordered one for myself this morning .... decided to go for the black on .... and it is on back order on my system
 
UPDATE:

Black is expected to land @ warehouse on the 12th. - Allow 2 - 3 days for stock to start arriving @ stores that have ordered
White - In stock @ warehouse

Excellent news. Still cannot decide between the black and the white. Always wanted a white phone but I think the black one looks nicer from the pictures I've seen. Haven't physically held one yet so cannot determine which one to go for.

I was seriously considering the white one.....but I know that once that white starts getting dirty it will drive me DILLY and eventually straight into a looney bin. I am one of those that is constantly rubbing my screen on my chest to get rid of finger marks .... so a dirty white phone will not go down well with me. I therefore decided to play it safe and go black.
