Checked with a friend a Vodacom and the most recent info they have puts it in next month deal list, so from 7 July.Word on the street is the P7 might be launching locally this week.
Sweet! I wonder what the pricing is like... I won't get one for myself but maybe for my mother...Checked with a friend a Vodacom and the most recent info they have puts it in next month deal list, so from 7 July.

I was the Chinese version, but was too iffy. OmnieRom has updates it's code to the same source so technically I am.is anyone running P6 B510?
Had that on my nexus, but moved away as the Dev become slow and bug ridden, each update becoming worse and slower than the last.Im using panandroid and its great.

No intention of going back to official, OmnieRom is just way faster, and even as minimally customised as Huawei appears, it's still far smaller.
I have never turned it on, so cannot say.Does Bluetooth function properly? I use it daily and I don't want to make the switch from stock until I am sure...

Yes I am
Official, the one you have on it. On China and parts of Europe have gotten the kitkat updates.I know somebody who just bought a P6. What i the latest official Android update available for the device locally ?
Any obvious / annoying bugs? Battery life on par with 4.2.2?
I updated to B132 in preparation for B510 ( from B125) and I must say, 132 is definitely smoother than 125...
When extracting the B510.zip I see that the actual UPDATE. APP file is only 15mb with a bunch of other folders etc. Both 125 and 132 was only on big UPDATE. APP file. Is this correct?
Instructions for installing the B510 upgrade:
1-update to B132 official firmware
2-download the B510 and don’t extract the zip file
3-rename the B510 zip file to (update)
4-create a folder on your sd card under the name of (dload)
5-copy the zip file to the dload folder on your sd card
6-follow the same local update method
7-the update process will take a while don’t panic
