Officially it has not left Europe get so would still be a few months, and with the p7 out, service providers have motivation to delay it inevitably to try and push the upgraded device instead.

In these is your most likely to expect it when the p7 sales begin to dip. Around that time the effects of a software update will have little effect on new device sales.
