Do a factory reset?

No, used the update listed on this thread a while ago, but it did reload all my apps. I suspect on of my apps might be syncing and I don't pick it up.

Check in your data usage then?

Anyone having problems with locations/tracking apps on Marshmallow. Can't get my tracking apps to work properly.

No issues here.
I used to use Sygic's Family Tracker but that does not seem to work anymore. Started using Life 360 which seems to be working but you have to pay monthly/yearly for their services and I already bought the equivalent on the Sygic app.

did you get the marshmallow update on your phone or you took one from the internet?

I got my P8 a couple of months ago. The phone is great. The only disappointment is the time it is taking for huawei SA and the local SP's to release updates. My phone is currently on B151 which is very old, and apart from anything else has security vulnerabilities in it that wee discovered over a year ago. It seems that the rest of the world has at LEAST gone to a newer release of Lollipop even if they haven't gone to Marshmallow.

Does anyone know of a way to backup the standard firmware so I can load one of the unofficial releases and still downgrade back should I need to send the phone in for any reason?

Just took the plunge on a P8 for myself after yet another issue wrestling with call microphone quality on the Galaxy S5...

I have just one thing to say

FOR FKSAKES someone please standardise on ONE fkn sim card size?!

/mumble

It came with B180 by the way.

Just cut it to size with a decent side-cutter and finish off with a nail file.

That will get you to B317. Then use update above to get to B370.

I eventually got the Huawei GR5 at Edgars. It's better than the p8lite in specs and not much more expensive.
