Huawei P8 & P8 Lite - Reviews, tips & tricks

I bought a new P8 MAX - same as P8 just larger, while I was in the UK last week.

I am using the standard Huawei launcher. I have searched high and low and can't find how to do this.....my apps are not in alphabetical order , they are scattered randomly. How do I get them arranged nicely and in alphabetical order ? I cannot find it in settings. With my past Samsung Note phones, this was easy to do....

:mad: such an easy software fix, and they don't fix it. Disappointed. I don't know how they expect us to find apps when they are randomly spread out...and dragging them all in order would take forever.

I have been testing different launchers, but not happy with what I found. Nova looks a bit plain vanilla. Tried CM, Google now launcher and a few others. I would like something similar to Samsung touchwizz - it is also simple and plain...but orderly, easy to use, clean layout.

Can I update to marshmallow directly from b151 or do I first have to install b200
 
Without reading through all the post, is there a Marshmallow update for Model no: GRA-L09 Build no : .........B151 ?

Looking at getting either the P8 or P8 lite for my teenager. Will be on a contract

THe P8 is R299pm and R199pm for the lite.

Is the R100pm extra worth it for the P8 or will the lite do for her. She mainly uses it for WhatsApp, music and the odd phone call.

I was trying to hold on till the P9 releases but have not seen any network offering them on contract yet :(
 
The P8 is twice the phone of the P8 Lite and it comes with a better camera, warranty against water damage and a full metal body. The P8 is the better of the two if you can afford it.

I want to understand how It takes over a month to get a main board.

I see Orange have stock of the P9 Lite for R5165 anyone already have one? Was thinking of getting a P8 Lite now wondering should I spend the extra 2k for the P9.
