Anyone know how to switch/turn Caller ID on - P8 lite Lollipop?
Yes that when I call they can see it's me. I can't find additional settings for that.As in, make your phone show the number that's phoning you?

While I was in the dialer my eye caught the menu button. It was there. The screenshot is from the main settings under Mobile Networks (or something).Oh

I really like the P8 lite that I bought on Telkom deal of the month. On Android 5.0 and very happy with battery life. I have to push the phone in order to get the percentage to 30% or lower to charge it at night.
The only thing I miss from Marshmallow (on my Galaxy S2), thus far, is permissions control. And Emui 4.0 looks like reason to upgrade. I will wait for the official SA release of MM.
Yes, that apps request on first run and that we can manually change in App settings. Very handy for apps like Facebook that are permission mad.The permissions control thing happens as apps request the permissions?
I got MM preinstalled on a motherboard that Huawei sourced for me... (P8 though, not P8 lite)
I have three p8 lites on vodacom 1 recievd ota update to mm.the other 2 are still on android 5 so I have no idea what they doing.
what is you ALE model number on the phone that got the MM update and it is different to the other ones that didn't get the update?
I got this from Vodacom "The Android M update is now live for all VC customers and this is the live version ALE-L21C02B589.". I am waiting for feedback from as to why mine did not upgrade.
What's the version on your phone?
ALE-L21C02B130 - so same model (ALE-L21) and Build (C02) so (in theory) should get the OTA update as far as I know
