Normal ota. I got a message to say that it was available. I downloaded a 1.1gb file. Started the update, which downloaded another 90mb. Update took about 30 minutes during which I couldn't use the phone. All of my data stayed intact, but the phone did warn to do a backup before starting the update.
 
My wife's dual sim p8 lite got an OTA update last night to EMUI 4.1 - android bug fixes etc. Same one my P8 got a month or two ago

Weird, I don't get why I'm not receiving it, I have the exact same model but mine just says no update available every time.
 
I got a notification today saying "Signal+ is ready". When I open it, the notification says that signal+ reduces dropped calls in high-speed environments. There is no button to accept or reject this setting though. What am I meant to do with this notification?

You can change it. It's in the settings.
 
So far I've noticed that standby time seems better. There is now a way to set a data level, I still have to see if it works though. Only drawback is that the Nu Metro app doesn't work anymore.
 
Okay so my 'phone upgraded to M about a week ago. A question I have is how can I get some basic weather info to show up on my lock screen; like I had with my S5 mini? I've looked through the settings for Accuweather but there's nothing there.

Anyone else have multiple incoming call screens? Since the upgrade, I sometimes have the old one, where I pull a ring left or right, other times I have a pick up or reject button to press.

Depends if your phone is locked or unlocked
 
Lock screen / screen off vs screen on and actively using the phone. It results in different call screen behaviour.
