Heh, my whole reason for starting this program, plus the fact that I need to do some sort of exercise and am not keen on joining a gym again. Will see what the test brings on Friday.

OUCH... What impresses me - is even though I did not manage the last set - I am consistantly completing more and more pushups with every exhaustion test
Soon, 4 weeks - maybe 6 i'll be able to do the 100...
Just read through this thread and you guys are going to make me go to gym again. I mean they take money from me every month, may just as well make use of it.
Will look into more detail re your pushup program tonight. Pushups are definately a great exercise. Thinking of getting me a pullup bar.
I started this program on Tuesday, so noBut have been doing push ups randomly with no real purpose before that. The pull ups though, definately seen something happen there. Even with my random routine, haha
i know this is not exactly what this thread is about, but 3 weeks ago at our Vitality day, I managed 66 pushups in 1 minute
i wonder if i can 100 in one go (over a longer period though)
