So after nearly dying doing Week 4, day 2, column 3... I thought why not look at the other sites that onehundrenpushups links to.

Now there's a great way to use those days in between pushups. You can do pushups one day, situps on the other.
Maybe even add in squats to exercise your legs. I'm sure doing up to three of those programs simultaneously is possible for those of us crazy enough.
There's others like pullups but those exercise mostly the same muscles so probably aren't suitable to do at the same time.
Come on, we can't stop with pushups![]()
Yeah I am thinking about adding the 200 sit ups in on the rest days as well
