hundred pushups program

I fell off the program -

I've reverted to doing week 6 colum 1 -

Managed to succesfully complete day 1 yesterday - day 2 tomorrow :) - my arms are hurting in anticipation....

you can take a slightly longer break if you need to
But try push yourself. That's the best way for ur muscles to be forced to grow and for u to improve :)

fark, how do you guys do pushups? i used to do pushups when i was younger, i looked on youtube how to do a proper pushup and decided to try that, and i can only do 4. not being able to believe this, i tried the wussy way of doing it with my arms spread higher up and further out, and i could do 30. going back to doing the other way once again, i could only do 4 again :(

Did it but with too long a break between, i'll keep doing week 3 day 3 col 3 until i get to 60 seconds between breaks

Man, was able to do 80 continuous when I was 16. Now struggling to do 30. Heck!
 
still really not bad, but amazing how we lose strength doing nothing :p

what week you starting on and i will add you? :)

Ja, lazyness is a killer, bro.

I'm actually just starting out again and following my own programme/routine, at this moment, but might jump onto this programme in the future.
Will keep you updated.
 
I have finished week 3 and will start week 4 tomorrow night.
I will go for column 3.
