fark, how do you guys do pushups? i used to do pushups when i was younger, i looked on youtube how to do a proper pushup and decided to try that, and i can only do 4. not being able to believe this, i tried the wussy way of doing it with my arms spread higher up and further out, and i could do 30. going back to doing the other way once again, i could only do 4 again

Man, was able to do 80 continuous when I was 16. Now struggling to do 30. Heck!
