I am having a breakdown

Leopards and spots. He'll convince you he'll be a good boy ( until the next time anyway ). Just make plans to get out and save yourself all the lies. Go to mommy if she is still around, or rent a place. Then move out when he is at work one day. The sooner you make the break the better.

Maybe he loves the OP very much. He just likes some freaky action too. With men in general a shag is not an emotional attachment as with women. To love someone dearly and banging someone is 2 different things they don't have to go together ;)

I think you should first discuss this with him. Tell him you know he has been cheating and you will not accept it. It seems strange that you have not directly confronted him about his lies.
Do you care for this man, or has the love died?
Start making arrangements to leave. very important: do not move out yet until you have seen a lawyer. Use the same lawyer to get moving on the maintenance issue.
 
You need a plan of action .
Get rid of the headache first , it will probably be high blood pressure . go to a doctor and sort it .
Then find out for sure if he is cheating , check his phone , do the spy thing .
Forget about the maintenance for now it is just adding to your stress .
Get the facts together and then decide what to do .

Oh yes, I forgot that. Don't move out, he can say you deserted him.

Honestly though OP, until the issue with your current husband's sorted out your little one will sense the tension and suffer because of it.

Nobody said he loves said chick, merely that he is getting his freak on elsewhere. At a funeral no less. I am sure he loves it when headache cooks him a nice meal though, I bet he tells his mistress all about it afterwards.

By all means. I'm not disputing the fact that he's an inconsiderate prick. But saying the OP is just there for cooking and cleaning is a very big stretch. He would not have been with her if he didn't love her I'm sure of that.
