I am having a breakdown

Being married is not so bad. :(
It's like all things, if it's good it's good, if it's bad it's bad.

More like having kids.

I was watching a comedy the other night (can't recall the movie's name) So these 2 guys sit on a bench and they chat. He then starts talking about kids. The guy who has a kid then says the following: To have kids is like this: It's shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte. Then you have this one moment that just makes it all worth while. It's very brief and then it's shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte. Then you get this one brief moment that makes it all worth it. Then it's Shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte, shyte ...

That's a bit harsh.

Maybe he loves the OP very much. He just likes some freaky action too. With men in general a shag is not an emotional attachment as with women. To love someone dearly and banging someone is 2 different things they don't have to go together ;)

If she wants him to be faithful, and he isn't, doesn't sound like he loves her very much if he's doing other women/men/homo naledi's.

Not really though.

Imagine marrying a Vegetarian (She's the love of your life) however you enjoy eating meat. So ever so often you sneak out and have a massive rump steak at a steak house without her knowing. Sure you're dishonest but it doesn't change the way you feel about her in any means what so ever.

Uh... My fiance is vegan by religion and I eat meat in front of her? If you have to hide the fact that you eat meat from your wife you have bigger issues than her being vegetarian.

I'm a vegetarian and my SO regurarily eats meat in front of me

You can't compare being faithful in a monogamous relationship to different preferences. One is part of showing your love, the other has nothing to do with it.

I have a situation which is somewhere in between. I am Atheist and my wife is Christian. We talk about it, and we respect each other's views and differences. However, if I was the OP's husband, I would probably be rubbing it in her face on how she is wrong and believing in ghosts etc. I only do that on MyBB.

What do you mean... ofc you can.

Relationships especially monogamous ones is about catering to your partners sexual needs and desires. If you can't please them or they can't be open enough to tell you about their desires and needs are they will find it somewhere else. Doesn't change a single thing about how they feel about the person they love.

This however has an exception to the rule just like anything else. Maybe the Husband or partner feels a very emotional bond to sex and forms a bond or loving relationship with the other person too. Doesn't change the fact that he still loves to OP. He just can't have both and will have to choose. Love can't go away. We tend to choose based on what we want not how we feel.

I love my mother with all my heart, I don't want to bang her though. Even if she bangs 300 guys a night and I don't approve of it, would never change my love for my mother. Same goes with all lasting loving relationships formed over time. you can't fall out of love with someone... You just end up loving someone else too and need to make a choice on what you want in the future or going forward.

So you're a keyboard warrior?

And no issue with that. You have both been open about it from the start.

What if you forced your GF opted to be vegetarian to please you in some way or another? You would be proud of him/her and they would be to ashamed to tell you that they have meat every other day when on lunch at work. You can understand that concept though right?
