IBM-Keys Mod

I just got an IBM T400 today, and for some reason that's beyond the limits of sensible thinking... they have the Ctrl and Fn button switched around. Normally, I'll just suck it up and get used to it, but as I have a normal keyboard layout at home... this will be very annoying.
So, the thought dota keys came to mind. Is there a way to remap my keyboard to switch these 2 buttons? (Not physically, just on the OS)
I can write an app for it in C#... if someone can help me out with the code.

Doesn't work on Vista. But as it's written in VB, I'll try to get the code from the developer.

Jip... I got it to work on Vista... took some playing around.

I got the program to run, and it detects the keys, and then changes the registry.. but upon reboot, the Fn key is still the same and Ctrl doesn't work at all. If i then use the program to reset all the keys, everything is back to normal.
So, yes... the program runs. No, It doesn't do the job.
