iBurst upstream problems

True. To inform them properly, one should e-mail Ed Hall, as he is the head of Customer Service. It won't really help wining about it here on MyADSL.
 
Do you honestly think it will make any difference wining about it on the forums? ;)

More chance of getting something done if it's discussed here for the posible new customers to see than emailing anyone at wbs about problems.

I never missed your point as we all know wbs staff read these threads everyday, and by complaining or making a point here in public is far better than trying to get any action out of them in private.:rolleyes:
