Iburst usage issue! Very Unhappy!

Lemme try once this download is done (if it ever comes to an end at this speed) because if I stop it now, I have to start from scratch and lose the bandwidth....
 
I am going the Small clams court root. Let see if iBurst have time for 500 people like me.
Spend more time trying to phone them than doing my work.

You can bet that the iBurst rep's reply will be:

I really hope not. My usage stats are still all stuffed up and therefore I can't manage my bandwidth and then I'm sure I'll be capped/throttled and be told but you used this much.....

The usage stats on the website are correct.

The Dashboard at this time can only be used to connect and disconnect. No stats.

Usage reports will be going out this afternoon to those clients who have selected that option. The stats on these I have been informed are the correct stats.

For those that get too much, just drop me a call and I will manually remove the excess.....:P
 
lol...why would we want to get rid of our excess ?:O
i would much rather have 6 gig than 3
 
Hey, I expect iBurst to be honest with their customers, so I am being honest with iBurst.

I have 6GB on my 3GB package and you say that the usage stats on the website are correct.

Then I appreciate it and thank iBurst for the Xmas present...;)

(Just don't give me a fright at the end of the month)...:p

Point taken ;-P. Thank you Shaun, much appreciated and I am glad to report that my account was finally billed the correct amount today and my connection is unthrottled again. Why can't they make numerous copies of you Shaun in Iburst Tech Support, that way when you call in your perception of Iburst doesn't change because of 1 agent you deal with.... ;-).

Well my usage doesn't seem to be reflecting on the website (been on 158MB used since yesterday afternoon), even after numerous modem resets. So I don't think the usage stats on the website is correct, Shaun.
