iBurst Webphone Reset

I have the webfone and was busy changing my sip details. I rebooted the device and can use it to connect to the internet but cannot login to the webfone on ip 192.168.250.20. The LCD on the webfone displays "Wait Logon...". This has been on permanently. I have rebooted the webfone, left it since last night but the problem persists.

Is there any way to reset the device to factory settings or another way to get into the settings page as 192.168.250.20 does not work?

The base IP address does not change. Are you sure there isn't another issue?
