IDS X64 connecting via PC

Hi Guys
I have the IDS X64 and would like to connect to my alarm via my PC and configure the alarm system. I do have the IP wifi model and can not understand why I can not log in to my system?
Your help would appreciate it.

If you struggle to connect it to your PC, it's probably best of you leave the professionals to do the configuration...
