Illegal to stream from SA

This bill also makes live streaming impossible, because things need to be classified before they go out.
 
PS4 has a share button which you press and you stream your gaming instantly. How the fark do they plan on enforcing this?

If you press that button you immediately face a fine of R150k OR 8 months in prison.
 
What? Is this actually the case? I don't have the time to go read everything now.
 
I think this bill refers to specific cases concerning children?

edit : it looks more to target kiddie pr0nz... but they slipped in "game" and "movies" here and there, so it's a bit murky for me.

Any legal eagles on here who can peruse that and give us a TL;DR on it? :)
 
How are they going to police this ? I can stream from Steam games if I want to. I often hop onto other people's streams to see how their matches are going. How in the world are they going to control this?

And what about Twitch ? Are they going to be scanning the channels all day to see who is streaming ?
