OK, drop the slut and make sure your gf never finds out and treat her like gold from now on. Except you already said you don't love her so right thing to do is to break it off for that reason before she finds how very little of a shyte you give about her despite accepting her love and virginity.

Girl at work gets bored and stops the nookie, work gets awkward to say the least.
18YO GF gets her heart broken after finding out, is now tainted and becomes the quintessential damaged girl that you will end up dating a few years later. See Acid's thread on rebuilding trust, for how that turns out.
You get left with no GF, a horrible feeling that you just fscked up, and a lot of internet bandwidth used up on new porn. Trying hard to remember what each girl felt like, but imagination is just never good enough.

Edit: Look I can understand why some people cheat, and it doesn't always make you a douche, but you wanting to have your bread buttered on both sides makes you a super selfish douche:)
