imdb.com access denied

IMdb is a very popular movie review site. However, I cannot access movie pages on the site, it gives me an "Access denied http 403 error".

It appears as if my IP address was banned but since Telkom uses dynamic IP addresses, I'm assigned with an IP address today that was banned when used by another user. Or Telkom's transparent proxy is banned from accessing that site?
I visit the site quite frequently and it's the first time I'm getting that error.

Can anyone using a WebAfrica SAIX account try and load the following page and post here what happens? Does the review page load or do you get the 403 error as well?

If I'm logged on with my WA SAIX account, I can visit the imdb.com homepage but I cannot load any of the review pages, I also get the 403 error.
But when I'm logged on with my Axxess IS account, I don't get the error. The review page loads with the correct info.

So it appears as if one of Telkom's transparent proxy servers (or all?) is banned from Imdb.com then. According to the 403 page info the proxy server is not sending the user agent info of the server, or something to that effect.

This is bad news because SAIX/telkom users obviously have no control over the SAIX transparent proxy servers so this means every time a website bans Telkom's transparent servers, innocent users are penalised.

I logged in again on WA SAIX and still get the 403 error. Some pages work, some don't. Most give the error. Weird.

WTF... same problem with Mweb. Axxess though is fine.

start - run - cmd - ipconfig /flushdns

On WA SAIX acc and works fine
