Incredible's Connection Packages feedback..

Yes and no 30 days notice.... You can cancel even 1 day before the end of the month and they wil cancel it.

these Connection accounts are definitely more aggressive with their star rating system compared to the Plugg accounts. they are both resold IS based accounts.

Having said that, I adjusted my download window (once again) to 00h00 to 06h00 and Im back to 5 stars in no time.

Happy again. Will keep giving them a go

I concur.

Seriously contemplating upgrading to the R260 4Meg package. I'm in-between decisions since the R99 2Meg sporadically bursts to 4Meg speeds on my line - I even get occasional 720p quality on Netflix.

Ah man! I thought weekends would count as after hours too! Thanks for letting me know - appreciate. Guess it will take about a week to get back up?

I've stopped trying to understand the stars because it makes me see stars :)

It's a rolling 7/10 (not sure) day window, so it looks at your last 7/10 days.

and I assume you have 4mbps circuit? Might not be worth the extra cash...

Yes that is what I am struggling with. I use Acestreams a lot over the weekends and evenings and it occasionally struggles with VH1/MTV Hits, which seem to be 1.8Mb streams. Nothing more annoying that listening to music and suddenly it pauses to buffer - the decision is: do I pay R160 more just to get rid of occasional, VERY annoying, buffering.

I would seeing you paying for a 4mb line anyway, as you will only get 4mb bursts when the network is really quiet, pay the extra moola to get 4mb all the time (sometimes shaped during the day) would be the way to go. R260 is still a good price for 4mb.

Service seems down ? Is connected but nothing seems to load...
