International down again?

Is International is very erratic at the moment. Not just today the past few days around this time

speaking of which, wasn't residential internet supposed to be here by now thanks to Neotel? or is it another 2 year postponement?

Here's my traceroute:

The web works fine - but SSH access on port 22 and DNS queries port 53 are blocked for any international server on that backbone (we host in Texas). The only reason why we can still see our server's webpages is probably because telkom's (transparent) proxy isn't behind that router 196.43.33.2.

I desperately need ssh access to that server. This is a long shot, but is there any way I can tunnel my ssh traffic via the telkom proxy server? I don't think it's a socks server (probably squid)

Our servers is on different network patch (Gnax) but also down and unaccessible from port 22, 2082, 80 or whatever.

Was working fine 15 minutes ago but now (17:40) it's dead.
Can't SSH into a server in Norway or browse any international sites.

I guess Telscum don't know about terms like redundancy and fail-over.

With 8300+ POLICE members not even having a drivers license what do you expect from assholes like Telkom staff?

International down as from midday but there was a few minutes where one was able to connect.

Bigger, maybe. Better, doubtful. :p

International seems better now. How's it for everyone else?
