Fxit_man, what apps did you do the multitasking with? ALL the apps/games I've tried does not work as of yet...

You might need to deactivate then reactive it though - VVM OFF to 123 then VVM ON to 123...

OS4 is nice....finally could restore my phone with Apple's blessing.

Cant believe Apple is so cheapskate as to not give the iPhone 3G background wallpapers! WTF Apple???
My phone takes a bit longer to boot, but it's not a major train smash.

yep, not nice, some say it uses more memory so is disabled but I find that hard to believe just make it optional.
Agree, the wallpaper would've been a nice touch...
Got a Mac? Here's a script that checks Apple's servers every 30 sec for the new firmware. As soon as it's available your Mac will speak to you to let you know it's available Running on mine - "nothing yet..."

Been clicking the update button on my (Windows 7) iTunes for the past hour
In iTunes (Mac). Just clicked and it told me an update is available. Don't have a direct link.
