I call iPhones myMomsphone
Those prices are insane! Surely with the amount of units they are now selling here they could lower the prices slightly. Core must not have enough banks to store all of their money.

I think it's time for me to finally switch to the iPhone - though I'll most likely wait until FNB offers them.
Unfortunately some people prefer to do selective reading to fit into their distorted view of thingsSee, you must learn to read good. Since I have a US iPhone I paid $749 for the 32Gb out of contract. Add in US state tax and you'll find I paid around 7.5k for my 32Gb iPhone 5.
7.5k.
If you also read my previous posts, you will see I also laugh at the people who pay 14k for the grey imports locally.
Once again, 7.5k for my 32Gb iPhone 5. That's a fair price.

He got his phone for 7.5k. How much do you think it is going to sell for in SA?

If it's higher than R9k for the 64GB then I'd wait for FNB to introduce it.
+1 As much I love the Android system, the sucky battery life, tempermental OS and slow official update routes are becoming more than irritating.
Not to mention the childish fanboys... MTN contacted me last week as my contract just expired, I'm on the waiting list![]()
