When I played with both at Heathrow, I felt the 6 was a big iPhone and the plus was a small iPad.

If you have an iPad or even an Air, stick with the 6 or be prepared to neglect a bigger device. Now that might be a positive for some, but for me my tried and tested combo is a phone and an Air. No room for a phablet or tablet in the middle I'm afraid.

Sorry postman my response was meant for sand_man. Personally I prefer my Samsung however my wife likes apple. She is not due for an upgrade as yet so we will wait for some feedback and then decide

So after waiting in line at 4:30am, and through all the struggles of the business contract, I finally got my iPhone 6 Plus.. But its the wrong colour... They kept me the wrong phone. They say I have to wait 3 weeks.. So it looks like im keeping the Space Gray.

Why you let them put you through that boggles my mind. I like Apple products but time and time again they have proven in S.A. That they are not capable of a successful product launch.

Think back to the last 4 phones launched.. Not enough stock, only 16gb available for the first month or two and only the colors they want you to have.

If I've learnt anything about buying Apple products wait for at least two to three months before even trying- or be prepared to sacrifice what you actually wanted.

Bought the 6 plus 64 yesterday - returned it this morning for a 6 64 size was too much for me. Had to pay handling fee but was worth it for piece of mind that the plus was in fact a bit too much.

Loving the 4.7" size and the space coming from an iPhone 5 16

Checked out both 6 & 6 Plus @ iStore in Canal Walk.

The 6 4.7" screen seems "just right" & the 6 Plus is a beast; boarding on excessive; proper mini tab.

Wow but screen & build is tops in both.

If I had the cash I would go for the 6 Plus but strictly 2-handed affair but UI is already fairly well optimized for (much) bigger real estate.

Impressed Apple...nice one!

Going back to the 4" on my i5 was like going back to the dark ages lol

was as well their yesterday to test it out. going for the 6 64gb. they only have gold devices thought. going to sell my iphone 5 and G3 add bit of cash and get it.

device is worth it.

Just came back from playing with both the 6 and 6+ and verdict:

6+ too big for one hand. Screen isn't recessed so will scratch easily.
6 Much better form factor and nice to hold.

I'm currently using an S4.
